You must call Tennis Outlet for Return Authorization prior to sending back any products.
In the event you receive and item damaged in transit, please contact us at 1-866-687-4112 within 5 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for collection by the Freight carrier.
If you receive a defective item, we will pay all return shipping on the item and ship a replacement to you at no extra charge. You may not exchange a defective item for a completely different item.

The name that the order was under MUST be clearly marked somewhere on or inside the box.
At times, merchandise may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. NEVER return the product to the manufacturer.
Up to 10% of your order may be returned without any penalty as long as it meets the following criteria:
-Must be within 30 days of receipt
-Must be in new condition, e.g., No makeup, no deodorant, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Returns exceeding the 10% limit must be approved in advance (866-687-4112) and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Select shoes that Tennis Outlet carries have a six month outsole warranty. All claims concerning this warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer, not with Tennis Outlet. Generally, you will need to provide a copy of your sales receipt with the return to the manufacturer.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Shortages or Claims
Shortages as a result of packaging errors, and claims on defective merchandise must be reported to the Tennis Outlet staff within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
